Refund policy

 

Consumers have the right to return the order within 30 days of receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received.

 

UNCOLLECTED ORDERS

If you don’t pick up your package, it will be returned to us as an uncollected package. In this case, you will be charged 150 SEK for all costs incurred by an uncollected package.

 

WARRANTY

To help preserve your item’s shine and to remove any superficial scratches, our services include a simple cleaning and polishing. Our experts will carefully inspect your item to ensure the best possible procedure. During cleaning and polishing, we will make sure that stone settings are secure and tighten if required.

Term: Once each year, for lifetime

Standard repairs:

Our jewelry is expertly crafted, but as with everything else, faults can happen. If you notice any damage, say a broken clasp or safety lock, you should contact us immediately so we can examine the item in order to determine the best possible way for repairing your item. Should we see the fault to be due to negligence or improper use, after expert inspection, the piece will fall outside of our warranty policy. However, we will offer to repair your piece for a quoted fee.

 

Standard repairs include snapped chains, broken earring posts & clasps.

 

Term: Unlimited within 5 years of purchase

 

Non-Standard repairs:

Jewelry is delicate by nature and should be treated with appropriate care. However, we understand that accidents can happen. For example, if your piece is missing a stone or has suffered heavy scratches, we will evaluate and propose a solution along with a quote.

 

RECEIVING A FAULTY ITEM

If you receive a faulty item, please notify us immediately. According to the Consumer Act (1990: 932) customers are entitled to complain about faulty items within three years. Please note that normal wear and tear do not constitute a faulty item. Customer should notify Marbon within reasonable time from first purchase. To be clear, two to six months is always reasonable.
